I am a Business Development Executive in a trading company. I am mainly responsible for the communication among oversea suppliers and our sales teams in order to update the products & market information. Also, I have to do some market research and think about any marketing strategies to increase the company's revenues.


Wong Chu Yuen, Peter (50187833)
I am currently working in an education institute as a Project Officer. My major duty is to guide / coach a group of students to finish own-designed group projects through collaboration. We believe that learning happens in the process. Also, I need to work with other team members and colleagues to deal with many ad hoc projects.


Lee Hong Yin, Tiffany (52692384)

I am working in a private tertiary institute and is a Centre-in-Charge of one of the training centres of the college.  My responsibilities are managing both software (centre staff) and hardware (centre facilities) of the centre to ensure it is running smoothly.  

We all are from the programme of  MSc Organizational and Change Management


Why is Tri?

“Tri” represents three of us, a simple word but with a precise meaning. It also means three of us work together can create many possibilities.

What is this?

The three pieces of puzzles are three of us, they have different shapes which like us have different strengths and weaknesses. The puzzles are put together representing our collaboration would be all rounded and produce synergy.
